Shane started his professional fitness career in 2014 after completing his Yoga Certification in 2012. As a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor and Flywheel Sports instructor, he teaches fitness nationally but has a strong focus in Charlotte. He believes all workouts should have a strong focus on physicality, possibility and most of all, fun. Shane takes the time to ensure his classes powerfully combine all three elements to create a challenging experience for all levels. He hopes his students leave classes feeling empowered and ready to take charge of their own life. Shane is true in practicing what you preach and has goals to complete his first half marathon and attend three music festivals in the next year.
