EMERGE is committed to hosting two Learn.Sweat.Stretch workouts a month. The flow and intention of these workouts will be consistent, but the workout will always change. We challenge individuals to activate specific muscle groups before warming up and putting in a “sweat”. Participants are then worked through a stretch session with yoga and core work.

Location will vary. Individuals are asked to bring a yoga mat and water bottle.


Empowerment Series

EMERGE looks to challenge you both physically and mentally, empowering you to redefine your sense of strong. At least twice a year, we will host discussion forums that don’t involve exercise. We will bring in experts in their field to discuss a wide range of topics affecting both men and women.
