Learn. Sweat. Stretch

Twice Monthly.

Each Learn.Sweat.Stretch EMERGE workout will begin with a muscle activation warm up. Participants will learn different body parts and how to use them purposely for the workout at hand. Through a smooth transition, an active “sweat” or workout will take place within 25 minutes or less. Each workout will close with a yoga/stretch session and reflection. (some with an adult beverage as well!). Children are welcome if you are comfortable keeping an eye on them while they participate.

Participants are asked to bring an exercise mat, towel and water.
